The practice
What an ESG engagement involves.
ESG reporting asks an organisation to describe its environmental and social performance in a form that investors, regulators and partners can read. MuGamma works alongside the teams that hold that information, helps them decide what belongs in the report, and prepares the supporting analysis.
Disclosure expectations in the United Arab Emirates are shaped by bodies such as the Securities and Commodities Authority, Abu Dhabi Global Market and the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment. MuGamma reads the requirements that apply to your organisation and builds the reporting work around them. These bodies are named here as context for the work, and no relationship with them is implied.
MuGamma provides advisory and reporting support. MuGamma does not act as an assurance provider, auditor or certification body, and makes no representation that a report prepared with its support meets any specific standard or regulatory requirement.
How it works
Four steps from scope to handover.
Review the evidence
Work through the data your teams already hold, identify what is missing and agree how the remaining information will be gathered.
Draft and advise
Prepare the report content and the supporting analysis, and review each draft with the people who own the underlying data.
Hand over and train
Brief the in-house team so the next reporting cycle can be run internally, with training sessions where they are useful.

Reporting and disclosure
MuGamma supports the preparation of an ESG or sustainability report, from deciding what to disclose through to reviewing drafts with the teams that own the data.
Sustainability and climate strategy
MuGamma helps an organisation set its sustainability priorities, build an emissions and resource baseline, and turn that baseline into a plan with owners and dates.
Capacity building
MuGamma provides capacity building for in-house teams, supply-chain partners and public-sector staff. The scope and the duration are agreed for each engagement.
